Normally you have 2 options, 1) being you turn with your "A" and "D" keys or 2) you can run side to side which is what most call strafing on games now a days.
I can see in TERA how actual "strafing" could be very beneficial seeing how as melee you hit where you are facing and you have collision detection. So if there were actual strafing in here where you side step then it would be very useful imo.

Full movement while using all skills has been done before. Don't think I much care for it
It totally removes all tactical aspects from the game and turns it into a circle strafe cluster ****
